First thing this morning we tried these cranberry pumpkin muffins, I added chopped nuts, and they were wonderful. The recipe is on page 48 of the cook book printed in 2012.
Then for supper we all had these hardy pumpkin burgers on page 58. So good most of us had two. Now this is four pumpkin recipes so far. More to come. You all need to try them.
