The setting is perfect for these restaurants and shops. They were built right beside the Little Pigeon River and we can hear the water running over the tops of big rocks there. There are trees and birds all over the property. The big country store has anything you can imagine with apples on it or in it and even apples themselves to buy. A new fun store has hard cider with many different flavors to try. After eating your meal you can find the candy and ice cream stores very satisfying too. Have fun and make it an evening not just a meal.

Granite for the cabin
When we bought the cabin the counters had been painted. Well, we all know I cook way too much for that to work.

Every city needs a 24 hour diner and this one offers breakfast to dinner all day and night. And the cakes are spectacular! Ever in this part of the country, you need to try it👍
Kayaking in Hilton Head, SC
Just don’t think about the alligators. The instructor told us that a kayaks with two seats doesn’t tip over and I guess he was right. We had a wonderful day on the water. You should all try it. We didn’t even see a sign of alligators anyway and the locals say they aren’t in that area👍

These Baked Eggs are so simple and take only 15 minutes to bake. Great when you are trying to not eat many carbs. What the video and see for yourself. And please subscribe to my channel!
A Tea Room to Remember
While in Orlando we visited a wonderful little Tea Room called Kuppa Thyme. It took us about an hour but I’ll do it again. All the food was so fresh and tasty and the teas were served hot or cold, I had both!
Not all restaurants are the same☹️
Target and JoJo toys!
Target was a great place to have my granddaughter teach me about a new trend, JoJo toys and clothes. Being a grandmother means there’s a lot to learn to keep up.
Smoky Mountain Nino’s Pizza in Sevierville, Tn.
Local is always best when it’s as good as this. Next time I will try the cheesecake. Or maybe the rainbow cake! Yum
