Keto dieting is popular today, but not particularly healthy. Lowering your carbs is good though. When you do this you loose weight. A way to help when you get stuck and your not loosing anymore is to add some carbs back into your diet. Don’t go crazy with this but you can eat a few more carbs and then get back by on your diet.
