This place is perfect if you enjoy French foods. Not only do they have all the pastries you can imagine, they also serve brunch with quiche and croissant sandwiches and hot coffee strong enough to add a little cream and sugar. Next time you are close it’s worth the drive! Have breakfast and take pastries home with you for later!

A Tea Room to Remember
While in Orlando we visited a wonderful little Tea Room called Kuppa Thyme. It took us about an hour but I’ll do it again. All the food was so fresh and tasty and the teas were served hot or cold, I had both!

Bacon Crisps/Good for breakfast or snacks
Take out puff pastry rub with egg mixture then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or shredded pepper jack. Use a rolling pin to push the cheese into the dough. Cut the pastry into 8 strips. Lay a piece of bacon on each piece. Twist, cut in half and brush both sides with an egg wash (1 egg to I tablespoon milk whipped together) to brown the dough. Bake in 375 degree oven on a rack sitting on top of a pan lined with foil for 30 minutes. I like to use maple, brown sugar or hickory smoked bacon.
