Stella Mares in Montecito, California

Stella Mares is a delightful French restaurant where they play live music while you eat mouthwatering French food. My favorite was the Boston Bibb lettuce served with thinly sliced radishes and a light creamy onion dressing. Can’t wait to go back some day.

This is a good recipe using fresh limes. I just love being able to use fresh fruits right off the trees!

Chickamauga Chicken / low carb style

Posted in Uncategorized by leannacrowley

This is a delicious dish using artichokes and sun dried tomatoes. For my family I used the spaghetti noodles, but for myself I made zucchini strips and served it on them. Both were wonderful with a salad. That’s what was for dinner that day.
