Chattanooga has trains to ride. Day trips, dinner trips and trips for kids at Christmas with Santa showing up. When you ride it takes you back to an earlier time. The seats are red and even some of the engines are as well. What a wonderful family day we had.
My close friend lives here and I go visit often. We eat out and go to the beaches and ride golf carts every day.
Deedy, my youngest granddaughter helped me find the perfect gift for my youngest grandson, Henry. Couldn’t keep up without the help of these young ones!
This is really good but unlike the video I really like to add the topping. It gives this recipe a little more crunch. Crackers crushed with melted butter on top is perfect.

We love to go to the smokies any chance we get. There is always entertainment for all generations and country foods to suit everyone’s delight. Hikes can start the minute you leave the porch door and many other hikes are available, hard or easy.
One of our favorite things to do is have our morning coffee on the porch watching the day start. And again in the evening as the day winds down.
